Classical philologist, associate professor at the Faculty of “Artes Liberales” of the University of Warsaw. Connected with the “Artes Liberales Institute” Foundation since 1998 as its secretary, associate provost, Foundation Board member, and since 2017 Foundation Council member.

His research focuses primarily on the culture and language of Greece during the Mycenaean period, as well as on the reception of Greek-Roman Antiquity in later centuries, especially during the Renaissance.
